I just recently moved into the downtown location and have been taking my vehicle to Perillo BMW for the service. I have been there about 4 times and the service has been excellent. Have others had this type of service? Have others on here used this dealership for service? If so, what was your experience with them?

Thanks for the help.

Sure, I've had good luck with Perillo. I think they, like any other dealer, need to be told what to do. They give out horrible crap loaner cars from the adjoining Hertz location, unless you make sure up front they give you a BMW loaner. I once had to take a Tercel or something, and I bitched so much they said fine, come back in and get an X3 this afternoon. So I did.

They didn't balk at all about replacing my worn Dunlop runflats, and they replaced the electric water pump when it was loud. Can't complain. I've never had any big problems with my car, though.

I've bought two cars there (my E60 and my wife's used 325 wagon).
