Default Series of codes on my e60 with rough idle

Hey what’s up I’m new here and have some issues

2A2F
Mixture control 2
2D06
Air-ma55 System
29D0
Combustion misfires, cylinder 4
2A82
VANOS intake
2DOF
Air-mas5 Sensor, Signal
2A87
Exhaust VANS, mechanism
2F08

replaced return hose on crankcase was broken also just replaced MAF sensor but still have the 2D06 code also replaced sparks and coils but still have misfire on cylinder 4 don’t know what else to do it seems to get a better still wants to stall on me when stopping at red lights or stop signs rpms move slightly up and down but a couple rpms if anyone knows how to help I would appreciate it

1. Was a smoke test done on the car? If not do one.

2. Are you using OEM parts? If not then you're wasting time with troubleshooting because aftermarket don't work as they should on BMWs when it comes down to parts that make the car run.

3. How does the car act when MAF is disconnected?

4. What are your fuel pressures looking like? What are the number on your injectors if you have the system to read them.
