My Ride: 2006 E60 530 xi six speed manual/Silver gray-auburn/18inch-style123wheels/premium sound and package/HUD/PDC/sport/coldpackage/Sirius/M-aero kit/Nav/comfortseats/shades/comfort access
tires: 245 40 18 Sottozero Pirelli winters (non runflats)
2004 RX330 Lexus - crystal white - reliable, quiet, and the "beater" car for ski trips, hauling, etc.
1995 E34 540i 6 speed black/truffle interior/alpinemp3/XMradio/M5 alloys (Many tears...sold to a fellow Boston bimmer enthusiast!)
I need some feedback out there-I've decided to sell my beloved E34 1995 540isport, in immaculate condition with 93K, for 11K -
I put it for sale via CraigsList and within a day I had 3 offers - 11K is about 2500.00 more than the Edmunds estimate - am I selling it for too low?
I'm looking forward to my E60 but will it ever replace an analog classic bimmer that handles great and gets crappy mileage and has no Idrive?

Oh man, you're so lucky. She's a beauty. We used to have a E34 535i back in the days and boy, was it an ultimate driving machine!
But time moves forward, and so should you, despite the fact that your 540i looks to be in mint condition..

My Ride: 2005 BMW 330i Orient Blue exterior Beigh leather interior with Wood trim, Premium package, Steptronic auto, Xenon headlights.
I also used to have back in the day a E34 525i. Man do I still love that car design and miss its feeling of a classic BMW. I still search sometimes for a nice used E34 Model only because it has that special soul that I feel the new BMW's have lost in the process of becoming updated and fresh. if I were you, I would keep that E34 since that model you have is very very rare to find espically one in such great condition as yours. if your trying to save some cash to keep that 540i sport, go ahead and get a regular 530i minus a few options instead of that Loaded 530Xi. Remember you still have that Lexus RX330 for bad weather conditions, why need another AWD car??

Nice car..she looks llike new. My neighbor had one of those too and he sold it and replace her with a E39 540i. He is happy both way!
Maybe you want to write a nice write up explaining how to keep a car to look new forever !
Maybe mention the products you use for the interior and exterior. Seriously she looks cute.
...and that is all I have to say about your E34.

I remember when thew E34 came on the market. It looked so superior comapared to any car, I was in at once.
Even if a owned 11 BMW's I never had an E34.
I'm sure your tears will dry out pretty soon when you get your new E60

Keep it. You might regret it later and you will never find another E34 like yours. I know when I sold my E36 (which I pampered) I regretted it. Now I'm looking for another E36 because I miss having one, but I don't want to buy someone else's used E36. It's hard to find a clean one out there, and even if I did it's not going to be like my old E36 that I took care of from it's birth. Just won't have the same feeling driving it .
