Semi-electric seats to electrical M5 seats

I have a car with semi electrical seats and would like to install one of the complete M5 electrical seats i have.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to retrofit electrical seats in a car that only have semi-electrical ???. I also
have a 530dA wirh electrical sport seats and have mounted a set with M5 seats without problems.
