i am pleased with the car although i do miss the hp of the e500 (that's the only thing i miss). but the bmw 5 features work better than the e500. like wipers and window button placement and idrive is cool, cruise control is better..drive is 10 times better.
as far as why i may sell, is that i'm reconsidering luxury cars altogether, the price that is. i'm thinking that the cost is just not worth it to me anymore. i found a nail in my right rear tire just the other day. it did not puncture all of the way through..as of yet. i'm thinking that this tire is around $250.
everyone has a price that they're willing to pay. i could be doing more with my car payment each month than putting it in a car.

i'm disappointed with the nav. you can't enter destination names..only streets or select a "location". the audio doesn't remain on the main cd after i start the car. this just started happening.

ethanbmw, it's sad to hear you want to get rid of your car. that also means you may leave us :'( or at least not checking this forum as often as before 
. anyway, to be honest and no offend, i think you should feel lucky if you can get $50k for your car. once the car is off the lot, is almost automatically 10% price drop 
. it's so cruel but it's also the reality . you can always check your local car dealers and newspapers. you may come across a similar one and you can see how much they are selling the car for. i know blue book doesn't have the used car price for '04 bmw yet. good luck and wish you all the best

The problem with your car is that you got too many gadgets so the price is too high.
