Selling My E60

As some of you know, I have to sell my MY04 E60 to make room for my MY05 E60. To make a long story short, I want Comfort Seats 
After looking at Kelly Blue Book pricing, I was disappointed but not discouraged. So, with Kelly saying my car is worth $48,800 retail; not including CWP, HUD, FLD, PDC, Bi Xenon, Dwn Rear Seats or Sun Shades.
What is a good listing price??? (8100mi)

Kelly blue book for 'private party sale' in Michigan shows about $41500 for manual and $42300 for auto. From these figures I'd guess high 30's for trade in at the dealer. Good luck!!!
