Seating issue in my 2008 535xi

This is my 14th BMW. The twin turbo engine is fabulous and there are quite a few small improvements too.
But my seat issue remains. Same question that I have always wondered about.
Apparently BMW makes the seat position adjustment with the assumption that with the seat way back; the driver must have long legs and a proportionately long upper body. Therefore, as the seat goes back in its slide, it also gets lower.
So I must be out of proportion, not in BMW's demographic. My legs are long but my upper body is shorter than average and I want to raise the seat higer at its rearmost position. At its maximum height there is a full 4 inches from my head to the car's headliner.
Does anyone know who can make the seat higher?

While I am unable to offer any help, I also have a seat issue!
I find the seats comfortable however this 5'9" male who is in great shape can't seem to position the driver's seat such that my keys don't touch the top of my right thigh. I have shortened my key ring as much as I can and don't want to separate the car's key from the rest.

If you have the push button start you don't need the fob in the ignition. Even without comfort access. Just put the keys in, remove them and then press start.
