Seat belt warning

How is the best way to disable the seat belt warning dinger? I don't need a seat belt for a slow drive around my rural neighborhood.

i went to the dealer and had it deactivated for 30 EUR. But the usual disclaimer: at your own risk

some said just buy the clip to put in the holster.

dealer told me its a safety thing and cannot be turned off, to tell you the truth it actually makes me wear the seatbelt everytime.

For those guys that buy the seat belt clip, just keep in mind that it alters the way your airbags deploy when in an accident, because the car thinks it is deploying the airbag against a belted human...
