sat nav upgrade

Hi peeps ,i ve currently got the business sat nav in my e60 question being is i want to upgrade it to include a tv with av outs to fit tvs/playstation etc in the head rests how can i go about to this? do i have to upgrade to professional sat nav or what?any advice would be gratefully recieved,cheers
