I was driving home from work two days ago and the flat tire warning came on. I stopped and found the rear right was at 20 lbs of pressure. I looked, didn't see any obvious offending piece of metal, so I aired it up and carried on. The very next day...the same thing. This time I drove about 10 miles to my sister's house, changed to the spare (dinky tire...don't like it) and found not one, but two nails in my tire. They were right next to each other. I made two observations. #1) Runflats do work. I didn't throw the car around, but it did seem very stable. #2) Runflats work too well as the flat tire was not visibly "flat". Oh well. Tire is now fixed, life is good.
