Run Flats

I've done nearly 19k miles on my E60 and the rear tyres are now wearing more on the inside edges. As I've got the Dunlops I'm not surprised reading from the various posts in the forum for the last 2 years or so.
I'm going to get them replaced with Run Flats again even though the ride would be better with Non Run Flats. I know the 2 rear tyres will need to be replaced together, while the fronts seem to be fine at the moment. My questions are should I stick with Dunlops or change to another make such as Goodyear, Bridgestone, Michelin Run Flats? Which make should I go for? Should I cut my losses and change all 4 tyres?
Any suggestions appreciated.
Cheers

I recently switched from Dunflops to Goodyear NCT5 RFT's. Of course the switch was sponsored fully by my friendly BMW stealership. Do you have the Dunlop "switch for free" guarantee in UK?

My noisy Dunflops were replaced with Bridgestones and I like them much better. No noise and the ride seems to be better, too. I am leaning towards replacing the Bridgestones with Micheline PS2s when they wear out. I think the ride and handling will be better. The runflats seem to ride hard and are skittish in corners over rough pavement.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll have to find out the cost of the tyres first and decide then.

We got the Bridgestones standard on our '06. I love them. Great grip in the corners and no noise that others seem to complain about. Over 20,000 miles on them so far with a lot of wear left on them by the looks.

From what I've read the "switch for free" has not happened in the UK. With the mileage I've done, I'm not sure it will be valid anyway.

Check with your dealership if the "switch for free" is available. It's valid until 20k miles.
