Rudy,
AWESOME info.
Thank you for providing an indepth review of some of the key new features available on the 2008's. My lease is up in late December and now I have some firsthand feedback on which options to choose for my next 5er.
You should write articles for the magazines I was hanging on every word.

This is an excellent review for SAT compared to SMG, and I cannot find it anywhere on earth. Sounds like SAT is way to go for me next time.
Great work! and thanks so much, Rudy.

Thanks, Rudy. You are the best e60 journalist on the planet. I really appreciate your objective appraisal. I can't wait to pick up my 550 sport in Munich on August 2.

Great write-up Rudy, thanks and congrats !
regarding the haptic force feedback on the pre LCI idrive controller, I don't think it's possible to remove it...I wish it was.

Nice write-up, thanks Rudy. I'm looking forward to more detail as you eliminate the break-in miles.
Do you notice a difference in sound with the L7? Hormadz et al have been discussing the LCI changes there, curious if you had noticed yet.
