It's an OEM Bosch! I got it from eBay and i have claimed a return or exchange for it. I am waiting currently !!
Do you know anything about the (The BMW Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS) I have read it might be the issue of the starting before i can say it is the starter ?What do you think?

The OE MAF is a Siemens product.

It means, Siemens VDO was the original Mas Air Flow Sensor supplier to BMW when your car was manufactured.

I have never heard of that. Post a link. The IBS has nothing to do with the starter engaging the flywheel other than helping to provide the power. What I think I am hearing from your video is the starter engaging the flywheel too long.

See how the RPM in the 5th second jump suddenly ! This is what i am having everyday and every morning the rpm will jump very high when i first start it in the morning. Also, while i am coming to a full speed, you will feel that like someone just kick me from the back !! any idea ?
