My Ride: 2007 BMW 525XI

I own an 07 525xi
I recently had a mechanic run a diagnostic tool on my car and he found these fault codes: DME 2A31 Valvetronic Eccentric Shaft Guide Sensor, 2A32 Valvetronic Sensor Reference, 2D06 Air Mass, 2A2F mixture control 2, All Cylinder Misfire.
Recently, a smoke test was performed on the vehicle and a CVV hose was broken the intake to the valve cover and the other one was from the intake manifold to the engine oil pan. But the engine was still running lean and the problem persists.
I am debating whether its the valvetronic eccentric sensor or the Vanos Solenoid part # 11367585425 that is causing the Engine Check Light and faultcodes. When the car is cold, it runs rough and the RPM jumps between 800 and 1200RPM. It shakes really rough when the RPM settles back to 600 RPM. The car may stall on stop lights and I can hear the engine making popping or rattling noises because of the misfire.
Anyone has had this problem before? Any suggestions is welcomed, thank you.
