Default rotors and brake pads 528xi

Hello All,

Looking for some suggestions to buy good quality rotors and brakepads for my 2008 528xi. Do not want to take it to the stealership and would like to have it installed by a indy shop..

Thanks!

I'm coming up on brake time as well and plan on getting all of my stuff from ECS tuning. haven't heard anything bad about the geomet rotors they have on there, and they're priced right.

This is a common question on the forums. As a newbie, you might want to use the search function for terms like "brake pad recommendations".

Recently did the rears on wife's X5. Zimmermann Z Coating and ATE OE compound pads. Don't forget to get a new sensor. I chose to replace the brake caliper bolts, caliper guide pins and anti-rattle clips as well.
