Yes, you can rotate runflats. As with any tire though, you need to pay attention to any directional or asymmetrical requirements stamped on the tire. (On the sidewall, look for a rotational arrow and/or words like "outside.")

I'm not sure of any exact intervals -- you can do it whenever you feel that one pair is wearing faster than the other and you want to keep the wear more evenly spread throughout the life of the tires.
I used to rotate my tires when I changed them over to snow and vice versa. Now, with the rear tires being larger than the fronts, I don't rotate them anymore...

I rotate mine around 15,000-mile intervals.

I was checking out your Gallery Pics and I have to say I really like the WHEELS on your car.
They appear to be Style 124 - which I actually may prefer over the 166s. I really like the way they standoff against the black paint.
