It's not clear from the ad whether sensors are included or not. You need to ask the seller that question.
As for doing it yourself, do you have a tire machine or access to one? You're going to have to dismount your tires in order to remove the sensors. If you know what you're doing, it's entirely possible, but since you're asking the question, I'm guessing that you're better off letting a professional do it. It's easy to break those things, so you have to be careful removing and reinstalling.

Either way you will need the sensors and program them to the car. Its not hard to do but they do need programming just make sure the sensors are for the BMW.

Seems like theres more work to it than i thought. I thought it was just something where u can easily just screw it on or something. I guess i'll be better off just buying a complete set for the new rims instead of going thru the hassle of dismounting the tires off the current rims just to get the sensors off.
I actually just did, it doesn't come with sensors. I think it'll be easier to just purchase another set of sensors. I don't want to go thru the hassle of taking them off the old rims just in case I need to use these rims again. Thanks for the replies.
