rims off 07 325i...35offset..fit E60?

Hi, was planning to buy some rims off a 07 325i. The size is front 235-35-19 --- rear 265-30-19 ....offsets are 38....will this fit on my 04 525i?

the offset might be a little high, you might need spacers unless you have an Xi.
