Does anybody know the right code for resetting the oil after an oil change? I tried to do it but all the codes are in German. Thanks!

I don't think there is any code needed unless you're trying to get to the secret Idrive menu. Just press and hold the button for couple seconds until it flashes and goes through which one you want to reset, pause there then press the button again. Did mine last month when I changed the oil.
Search for the resetting idrive in this forum or may be youtube. I remember seeing a youtube video of the reset.

I don't know about codes, but if you are asking how to reset the oil service reminder in iDrive, it's pretty simple. I just did it the other day.
1. With the car off, turn the key to the second detent
2. Press and hold the odo reset button until the first service icon appears in the display, then release
3. If it is not the oil service icon (oil can with drips falling out), then press and release, cycling through the icons, until the oil can shows
5. Now press and hold with this icon showing until "reset?" appears, then release
6. Finally, press and hold until 15000 shows. It starts as a series of dashes, then after a few seconds, 15000 appears.
7. You're done.

It worked when I turned the key to the 2nd detent. I was doing it on the 1st detent that's why probably it went to the secret menu which was written in German. Thanks!
