Yesterday I was reversing out of my driveway and was pressing on the brake and heard loud scretching noise.. I didn't let it bother me until it happened to me today again. The noise is only when I go in reverse and step on brake.I just got my brakes done new rotors and pads on all 4 wheels.. I was wondering if that has anything to do with it or what it was. Any help would be appreciated thanks

I'd say the recent brake job is the likely cause. Is your noise an electrical tone or something actually grinding/screeching? An electrical tone could be the brake wear sensors, or a grinding noise could be improper installation or a faulty pad/rotor. If it is a screeching noise, maybe it's just that the new pads are not bedded yet. You didn't say if these were BMW brake parts or other. Were new brake sensors also installed?
