When you order your car there is an invoice with all the options you have installed on the car. Mine is 2 pages long full of information, so Icemans is at aleast 3 pages.

I received about 200 pages, since there was a lot of additional stuf like the leasing... The car itself was 3 or 4 pages, I don't remember...

i dont think there is an option called 6UA in the UK. how much did the CCC and the bigger screen cost and how long was the fitting? did you take any pics while doing the retrofit? i need to convince my dealer that it is possible so i need some pics?

BTW i have advanced air con, does that come with CCC?

In the US, go just go to dealer to and asked if your car is retrofitable by giving them your VIN. They'll charge you $1800+tax totally.
However, I would love to have the navigation system on my car, but so far I don't need that because of $1800 compared to $3 map which give you a global view of the city. Just ask yourself, how many time do you use it annually and how long you'll keep the car? I hope it helps.

Nah! Not worth it. Save it for something you use daily like CD changer, better amps, speakers, etc. You don't use Nav everyday unless it's job related.

Hi,
I am very surprised that Sytner Nottingham quoted you a price as i rang BMW UK Customer service and they are adamnt that NO retrofits will be able in the UK from any of their so called Official dealers for the 5 series with business nav installed......

I will try calling BMW Sytner this morning..
