Retrofit CD Changer and Logic 7

My Ride: 2005 545i with Sport Pkg, Nav, HUD, Cold Weather Pkg, Rear Shades
Just wondering......
1. I am rethinking my in-dash CD player. If I get the 6 CD changer (glove box), will I still have the in-dash player??
2. Can we retofit Logic 7 in the '05 545i (US)? With or without the additional speakers?? (normal comes with 10 speakers, Logic 7 comes with 13 speakers). In other words, can I get the Logic 7 without the additional speakers? main reason being, I don't want the dealer to start ripping up the interior and screwing the whole thing up. Would the Logic 7 be even worth it without the additional speakers?
3. Does the Logic 7 system give any other additional features (RDS??)? or does it take some of the features from other functions away?

With the CD changer you still have the CD slot in-dash.
L7 gives you two different settings, concert hall and theater, and you'll get the equalizer.

My Ride: E39 525d, orient blue with beige interior. Planing on getting an E60 535d next summer when my lease on my E39 is over :)
Logic 7 CANNOT be retrofitted!

well in looking at the standard equip on the E90 330i, i guess on the E60, the 6-disk cd cost $1800 in the US

I looked at having a 6 disc fitted, BMW wanted ?400 for the unit then 4 hours to fit and reprogramme the I drive, total about ?800
I went for tthe aux input and an ipod for ?350, so I've now got 40ish albums in my car.
