Make sure you have the pedal to the floor and hold it there, that could be an issue for those who have had no success with this!

I tried. No difference. maybe I did it wrong. I'll try again tomorrow. Maybe I don't notice it with the sprint booster? Maybe I just suck at life...

I have been using this trick for a while now with mixed results. I am truly unsure if the fix is the brain wanting the fix to be there sometimes...

however, I think I have discovered something...

I suspect that most of you, like me, plan to get in the car and do the reset before leaving but forget the moment you get in the car and start it. you then turn it off and perform this trick with no noticeable difference. *OR* you perform this trick mid journey and find no difference.

my theory, this fix only apply's before you start the car for the first time and only after it has been off for a while (after the car shuts down properly).

This might explain the mixed responses from people...

Again, this is just a theory based on nothing but suspicion when doubting the difference post fix.

08 535xi have had for 2 years. I have never done this. Would my car bebefit? In what way?
