or do I put fob in and hit start button with foot off the brake and hit gas for 25 seconds and then put foot on brake and start?

Is there some sort of indicator that lights up to let you know that the transmission is reset?
i don't do it often anymore though cause once transmission learns your style it actually feels better. i do reset after my wife drives it or if i feel some slam

Turn the key all the way like your starting the car but don't put your foot on the brake. Then hold the gas down for 30 seconds. Some members have said it doesn't work if you exceed 35 seconds or something but I am not 100% on that.
