Hello
Got a low catalytic efficiency code on the car (had it since bought) and took it to established indy shop who said I need a new convertor. He says he only installs OEM and that the others don't last as long. I was quoted a 2K price and wondered what are my other options. A quick search revealed Magnaflow sells convertors but wondered what others are using?

I use a magnaflow on my E30, put it on the car in 2002 when I built the motor. Are you sure you don't just need new 02 sensors? faulty post-catalyst 02 sensors will give you that same code.
