Replacement Dunlop RF's in the UK?

Have any UK E60 owners had their dunlop runflat tires changed under warranty in the UK. I have 15000 miles on mine and the noise and ride has now become completely unacceptable. I feel every bump, the car tramlines like mad and the noise, particulary on motorways, is terrible.
I have a reasonable amount of tread depth left and was interested in other drivers views before I visit my dealer with this issue.

I've done 17,000 miles on my 1st set of Dunlops on the rear and around 21,000 on the front with no noise. I replaced them with Dunlops again and still no noise. What kind of noise are you suffering from?
Just re-read your post. I have to say my car tramlines on bad surfaces but that is just part and parcel of running wide, low profile rubber. It did it from day one with full tread and got no worse as the tyres wore down.
