If you are considering saving money, switch to General Exclaims. Many here think that they are the best tire for the money. You can probably get 18" for $125/tire at TireRack.

Option 1: Do nothing and hope for the best
Option 2: Buy the "M3/M5 spare wheel on tube" version.
Option 3: Buy a spare wheel and drive around with more weight in the back
Option 4: Buy after market "foam" that stops smaller holes so that you can reach a garage.
