removing rear door panel on pre lci

My Ride: 2006 530i with sport and premium package.
Anyone have a step by step on how to remove the rear door panels. I have the 2 screws off and pried around the door and got.those tabs to pop off but the center of the door where the inside door handle is seems to be stuck? Any advice on how to remove it?

My Ride: 535D Tourer - Pre LCI
Pull up and out...theres the surrounding clips and one black plastic clip in the middle that needs dislodging - then reattach after you've removed as it'll stick to the door
Good luck getting it back on.... getting the top ledge between the window flush is nigh on impossible

As others have mentioned, use the door handle and pull up and out. You may have to use a bit of force. Getting that middle clip back in and hooked properly is a pain in the arse.
