Have you find a solution how to remove this trim?
I'm interested to do the same thing on driver side door.

Do you mean the switch panel where you control the window?
If you do, the solution is the following
1) Remove the door panel (including all the electric plugs; airbag, light, speaker etc...)
2) Then you're able to remove the switch panel (few screws, door handle, clips etc...)
