Yeah, that's what happens when you super glue a spoiler to a car. I thought initially it was the factory double sided tape, the initial charge would have been $125.00 but when they removed it, it took the paint out with it, so they have to repaint the entire trunk.

it'd probably be cheaper to sell the car and buy another one just like it without the spoiler...

That spoiler is so ugly lol, ACS or ACS rep spoiler all the way.

Erm, wouldn't it have been cheaper to buy another bootlid? fitting would have been a piece of cake as well!

I'm a fan of the small little M5 spoiler.. contemplating adding that to the car.

Not really, it would be very expensive to buy another bootlid or trunk.
