I removed my rear wheel for cleaning the rims, but to my surprise this what I found on the tire. I can pretty much see the white thread inside the cut. I am not sure when it happened and the tire never lost pressure. I have a bonus nail as well..

How long can I wait to go for new tires?

As long as it takes to drive to the tire shop.

They are dangerous, change them now, you could get a blow out at any time.

Ya I would think the same, but it's personal preference.

spray some soapy water on it to see if there is any bubble? Don't know if it's re-patchable since it's somewhat near the edge but I do recommend to have it fixed ASAP.

Why take unnecessary risk when you can prevent it.

if the belt is not cut at all, you could probably still drive on it like normal. the outer rubber provides no structural support.

if you were a NitroFill member, they would have bought you a new tire.
