Does anyone have any experience with installing a remote starter. Thinking about having one installed and want know if it will affect the onbroad computer.

 

Oh yes, I tap the touchpad inside my Nokia cell phone three times and the engine fires up. Then just drag your finger over the pad to drive the car. It takes some getting used to, but with practice........

Yeah, the nokia phone to drive the car is a good optional extra, quite expensive though

 

Expensive or not... I would take it.

 

The car always wakes me up when I arrive at my destination.

Although I have heard of another system, where you talk to the car, sayinig something like:

"Kit, take out the bad guys on the top of the building", and the car will say back "Ok, Micheal, I'm on to it".

As far as I know, this system can be used to switch on the car.

What is this Comedy Week at e60 net? I've seen it on other cars, I don't see why someone couldn't make it for the e60. The question I have, is will these types of mods kill our warranty?
