very easy to do...better to do it with some nylon string than with a screwdriver though.

On a serious note, they also increase the rear visability of the car and therefor your driving safer vehicles.

I orignally had the flat black matte reflectors then i switched to the Red reflectors now today I jsut pop'ed in the painted ones I think I like these alot better
