Thumbs up

Hi All,

I have been offered a set of 5 Genuine type 172 19" Spider Spoke Alloys and tyres.

The chap selling them has them fitted to his car and has sent me prelim pics. He is fitting 20"s now.

They all have Conti Contact 2 tyres with 3 - 4mm all round no faults.

The spare 5th wheel has a just legal conti 2 tyre and has been lightly dropped on it's face - hence a spare.

The Seller seems genuine and the wheels are described as having a couple of light chips - absolutely no kerbing.

His is asking for offers around ?1000.00 ($1970.00 USD)

Does that seem a good deal? Subject to me inspecting them for damage/ punctures etc.

Advice/ comments welcome.

Regards, Matt

Just based on what I paid for slightly worn 17" BMW wheels without tires (I used them for winter wheels and paid $100 each), I would say it's a decent price.
