MB vs BMW
Conclusion:
1. If you are single, then get BMW : Sporty+luxury+sexy------>successful young professional
2. If you are married and OLD, then get MB : luxury------->professional who is ready to be retired

MB is higher for status among the old guards. Those oval lights - if you like them, good for you!
BMW brand is getting stronger every day, especially among gen X and Y.

... I looked at an E63 compared to the 550i. I was disapointed how similar looking it was to an E550 (which I drove and dis-liked). I don't want the stealth factor. I want folks to realize I bought something special. The M5 stands out as does the 550i. ...

The E-class AMG is no less distinguishable from the "lesser" Es than the M5 is from "lesser" 5s. They have the exact same exterior changes (exhaust, ground effects, and wheels) as interior (seats, trim, etc.)

Wow, since I'm married and old, I guess I need to exchange my BMW for a MB. Thanks for the insight.

I was saying it BMW vs MB in general.
I see many young people drive BMW 3 series & some of 5 series....but not that many in C series or E.... (in case if 3=C && 5=E)
don't be a hater
no offense to anyone

by the way, my next car will be 6 series or MB CLS
If I had really deep pockets, I would seriously go insane from having too many different choices and get committed to an institution.
There are just too many awesome choices out there.

Nice work Tony!!
Beautiful beast of a car, but alas I prefer BMW.
