Rear Wheels not straight?

A much better explanation -- thanks. It all depends on how you look at it. So looking from the rear there does seem to be a slight negative camber although not too much. Looking from the top, the toe-in appears to be much more than before I got the new tires and alignment done.


Dealer replied with this:

The camber and caster of your car is set so you get a little negative camber
in the rear.That gives you the appearance of being off, that's so the car
tracks properly and safely into a hard turn.The toe being in is so that the
car understeers into the turn so people with lead feet don't go sliding into
turns tail end first.Trust me, it's the same on the one in the showrrom
without the m body kit.


I guess all is well but it still looks awkward!

The fenders flaring inwards will certainly add to the optical illusion. Place a straight edge or board that is long enough to reach beyond both the front and rear wheels on one side next to the wheels and look how parallel the board is to the rim.
