Hey all, didn't find the exact answer with the search....

I've got AC Schnitzer 20x10.5 Type III racing wheels on the rear that need new shoes. They recommend 285/25ZR20, currently running 295/25ZR20, will 285/30ZR20 tires fit?

Thanks.

to the forums...

Can't you just use the tyre size they recomend?... or, I'm assuming you are able to get a good deal on the size your asking about.

If your 295/25's fits the 285/30's will fit for sure.

But how much have you lowered your car?

If OEM sports suspension - OK.

Sorry about the lack of pics, see below!

I ended up having a local shop order some Toyo Proxes 4 295/25 20s for me for the rear (what the last owner had on her). Even though AC-S recommends 285/25 20s, this is what was on the car... so I figured 285/30 20s would also fit while I was looking.

Below are the first pics I've posted here, I just picked her up last weekend:

2005 550i, Sapphire Black, SMG, Navi, Logic7, Comfort Seats, Comfort Access, HUD, Sat Radio, CPO, etc, etc, etc... Best car I've ever driven!

Also: 20" AC Schnitzer Type III Racing wheels (8.5" front / 10.5" rear) -> 245/30-20 up front with 295/25-20 in the back

I believe its a M-Tech bodykit... please correct me if I'm wrong!
