As I've said earlier, I am not saying it myself but have heard from some KW owners and have read it in some posts. I, myself, cannot attest to this as I do not/did not have it in my car from any length of time. If I was not able to get mine from JRZ, I would have gone with KW rather than CTS.

On your question of the ride, definitely, the difference is night and day.
