Rear M Sports Bumper Fitting

Hi All,
Think some members have already done this so hopefully they will know what I need. To cut a long story short my wife reversed my 530D into a low wall putting a large dent in the rear bumper and couldn't be repsparyed as it is now slighty warped. This gave me a perfect excuse to change the rear bumper for the M Sports one. Question do I need the TRAILER HITCH FLAP part as it likes £20 just for that. Secondary do i need to replace any of the SUPPORT/FIXTURE REAR BUMPER PANELS or are they the same for both standard and sports bumpers?
Any help much appreciated.
