Rear Insert on Console

Hi everyone, a newbie here. I've been lurking this forum for about a month and it's excellent. It's given me alot of information. But here's a question, in one of the PDFs a generous forum member provided, I see the rear insert has a DVD slot, AV hookups, possible headphone connectors, and two other type of connectors. Was this some type of multimedia option to the E60???.....It would be something I'd be interested in getting, at the minimum, I'd like to just get the rear insert with all the cutouts.....Attached is the PDF mentioned.....

There is a rear-entertainment option that we've been waiting for. The A/V hookups you're talking about are used for that.
