That is BMW Individual.
BMW doesn't offer FULL internet access.
BMW does offer BMW Online, but you don't have the FULL internet access, just some sites BMW has prepared for the use on the cars monitor and you can use the POP3 mailbox you get.
For FULL internet access you have to find an aftermarket solution.

In Germany all 5er's NOW come with the system equipped allready when you chose the nav pro.
All 5er's before MY2005 needed a special option...
This service is free for the first 12 months, it costs 175,- Euro after that per year.
