Rear A/C Vent is broken. Is this covered by factory warranty?

One of the rear vents is broken. When I try to tilt the vent (move up/down) the other "fins" doen't move. Now my question, is this covered by the existing factory warranty? Thanks

There is no reason this should not be covered by the factory warranty. Visit your local BMW dealer for service.

As you live in the US, it is likely they service department will try to make you happy by just fixing it under warranty.
Here in Europe there is a very fine chance that many dealers would argue that you broke it yourself and that it is not reasonable wear and tear.
