Damn, that car looks familiar--had to do a double take before I ran out to the garage! 
Couldn't cost too much to paint that, especially if they have some left from spraying your bumper. If you had a good transaction with the body shop, they'd probably do it free or for next to nothing.

And I agree, your dealer can order one painted for your car and the tow company should pay for its replacement cost.
