Hi All:

I have a 2007 550i with Nav andSirius Radio. How do I know if I have real time traffic capability? I know I have to subscribe to get the information but hardware wise, how do I know?

If your cars build date was after September 2006, you have the module and the capability. Otherwise, no dice.

My car is a 5/06 build and does not have it

Thanks dude. How can I tell when my car was built? It's 07 model.

The build date is listed on the original sticker on the bottom left. Mine is "20060503" which means May 3rd, 2006.

Other than that, your dealer can tell you the build date if you give them a call.
