Are there any specific markings on the OEM M5 rims that I should looks for?
I do not want to get stuck with aftermarket replicas.

Thanks

No purchase yet, I have read some posts about buyers getting replica rims that were advertised as OEM.

Does Quad_m have a web site? How do I contact? I'm new here not sure how it works.

Thanks

originals will be made by BBS and will be stamped BBS on the inside accordingly. Also the last part of the BMW part number will be stamped inside the wheel

I can tell you from my (bad) experience that the OEM's also come in a box that should be secured with an "Original BMW Part" tape. In addition, the OEMs all seem to come poorly wrapped in a single white sheet of packaging material.

I know that some like Quad_M probably removes the bad packaging to repackage them before shipping. Others do not. If you pick the wheels up, look for the BMW tape and single white wrapping sheet.

The main way to tell is the curvature of the rims. The replicas look flat and the OEM's have the nice deep curve towards the center hub. The BBS logo on the inside of the rim helps as well

yes I have a website www.mtechnicparts.com its 3 months old

you can or others reach me from PM I am always on the internet and will answer almost instantly when you ask one.

yes guys be very very careful when you decide to purchase wheeels for your cars especially for BMW cars.
I have heard many horror stories from other people just to save couple hundred they bought replica wheels from ebay
or from other internet sources and faced many unwanted problems for no reason and lots of hassles.

also some people bought from bmwwheels.com site which dont ship the wheels wrapped an have customers have heart attack
when they deliver in 7-14 business days(thats a long time to wait) with Final sale no returns. whereas, I offer free next day air shipping for the price of ground and
Full refund incase they want to return

so its all about choices and making the right decision by reading lots of feedbacks before ordering any wheels.

my 0.02..

Tony

yes I do remove any bad packaging from BMW if theres any and take them out from its box and
first wrap the outer corner lip section with foam cover material with clear folio stretch, then bubble wrap with square foam
on top and bottom with wrapping brown paper surrounding the wheel and finally filling the box inside around it.
it takes around 25-30 minutes of my time by spending $15 per wheel set for packaging materials. I think its worth it
not to go through any hassles and making the customer happy in their first purchase and save lots of time by doing it right.

and remember Next day air also helps a lot when shipping the wheels set spend minimum handling time before its delivered
approx 8 pm received and shipped 11 am latest delivery time so its around 14 to 15 hours after its shipped in USA,
and international takes latest 4 days to arrive to buyers door.
