This was affecting all E60 vehicles with M-ASK .

The service service will have to reprogram and recode the vehicle using software version 13.2, or later to activate the RDS function.

You will then be able to activate, de-activate it via I-Drive.

I am so excited. Thank goodness!

Remind me. Which bus is M-ASK? Is that the one with Nav or without Nav?

My vehicle has not been updated to 13.2 yet. I read it on the BMW Tech website.

There is also some interesting info on the software updates, especially pertaining to 13.0, 13.1, and 13.2
