My front passenger comfort seat vibrates and makes a rattling noise when I am driving alone.
Should I have my service dept. try to fix it?
I am worried because seats are not their usual area of expertise.

Maybe it is not your case but very often the buckle of the passenger seatbelt ratles between the comfort seat and the pilar if not properly hanging.

I get a very annoying squeak/rattle from the seat belt buckle where it rubs the side of the seat. Madam says it's because of my fat backside.

No. It is definitely the seat back that is moving and rattling. If I slap the seat back gently, I produce the same noise.
