Thumbs up

I doubt this is normal?but who knows?maybe the car is trying to tell me something and I just don?t get it?I don?t think that?s the case?I?ve had 3 of these cars over the past 14 months and this is the first time it happened?

In a parking space?turn on the car and shift from park to reverse?I keep my foot on the brake and after about 2 seconds

HONK,HONK, HONK,HONK, HONK, HONK,HONK,

About 7 blasts from the cars horn in rapid succession?.repeat the aforementioned steps and it does it again?I called the dealer and my SA has no idea but will speak with the head service tech tomorrow and call me back?has anyone else experienced this before?any thoughts on what this might be

That's abnormal!
Never heard of anything like that before.

I can't believe all of the crap that goes wrong with this car. BMW has turned into Microsoft, using its customer base to debug new products.

Still love my car...BUT...along with this my passenger window gets stuck, my sunroof needs adjusting (loud cracking noise)...and I have a couple other "issues"....after 8 months and 7800 miles its now been in the shop 29 days! Just got it out last Friday and it looks like its going in again.

Funny thing is the car is sooo nice to drive it doesn't bother me all that much...but I do have my limits and this is getting a bit nuts
