I know this has been discussed before: but where in the I-drive can I reset the radio control so it stays off when the car is started? Or can I do anything about it? Thanks.

It's too cold to go outside and check...but if I leave the radio on the cd setting...will the cd still come on every time I start the car?

 

Yes it will. Your audio selection will come on when you punch the Accept button on the iDrive screen. Annoying to say the least, for some of us, but not all. The BMW Engineer Mark Browning told me to keep the volume turned down which is likely the best fix we will ever get from BMW.
