Yes, Mine never worked. I have been back to dealer twice. He claims he called BMW and they told him version 12 disabled it. He said they will turn it back on later in software updates.

From what I seen, If you have NAV it does not work, and if you don't it works.
I don't know what the new version does to either senario.

Use to work on mine until I got V.12. I do have a CD that the name of the songs show up in the I drive screen. Worked before and still works now. Only can get it to work on this one CD and only on the in-dash player.
